Terms of use

ForoHackers is a free hobby forum run by Ophuscado LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Using it means you accept these terms and the forum rules. Questions: support@forohackers.com.

What it is

Who may use it

You must be at least 13, or older where the law of your country sets a higher age for using online services without a parent's consent.

Your account

What you post

Not reviewed before publication

Posts appear at once, and their authors alone answer for them. Anyone can report a message they believe is illegal or against the rules, with the Report link on it. We review every report; when we remove a message we say why, on the message and to whoever reported it. If you disagree with a decision, write to us.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks the law or the rules.

Copyright. To report material that infringes your copyright, use Report or write to support@forohackers.com with what the law asks for (in the United States, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)): the work, where it appears on the forum, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith.

Encrypted groups, the chat and the drop

We cannot read them; their members answer for what they share there. To report something from them, quote it, since we cannot see it. If the law requires it, we may delete a group or close an account without being able to read the content.

Authorities

We answer valid orders from authorities as the law requires, and only with what we hold. Privacy says what that is and is not.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as it is, free of charge. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end it.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for what others post or for losses from using the service, and our total liability to you is limited to 100 US dollars. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as it does.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to the courts located in Wyoming. If you live in a country whose law gives you protections that cannot be waived by contract, you keep them.

When these terms change in a way that matters, the notice at the entrance asks you to accept them again.
